You're free to come up with your own tastes, they're alien fruit, so I don't see why people wouldn't experience the taste(s) differently.

They're very light, sweet, the little black seeds make it a bit crunchy, and OH WOW THE COLOUR. The skin on the inside is BRIGHT BRIGHT BRIGHT pink. You might be able to find some in a local asian supermaket?

You've gotta see if you can find a white pomegranate then! They're much milder and still very sweet, but it's a softer flavour.
