Stupendous at Sadism + PERMISSION POST + Don't read this, Az, because spoilers maybe
I don't normally do intro posts because I am horrid at them, but in the case of this new guy I am tentatively throwing your way, one is definitely needed.
PLEASE CHECK TARN'S PERMISSION POST <-- as I probably won't be able to tag logs with any of y'all until I get a sense of your thresholds.
Also, of exceptional note re: permissions, Tarn is pretty dedicated to hunting down IDW Decepticon 'traitors'. If you have a Decepticon that he could possibly consider as having been naughty... Tarn might decide to hunt them down in order to brutally murder them in as ridiculous a fashion as possibly. What I need to know is if YOU WOULD LIKE TARN TO LEAVE YOUR CHARACTERS AND THEIR PLOTS ALONE because if he decides he's interested in someone, he's liable to insinuating himself into their lives and/ or at the very least talk about them to other characters. So if that's too plot-pushy for you to be comfortable with, please let me know to shove off in advance.
Other important things to note: Tarn can manipulate sparks by modulating his voice. Thanks to the lambda, his powers are a little finicky at times but some outcomes still include: incredible agony straight in your robot soul and/or death. I'm saying that Tarn needs to be physically close to a person to do this, but you need to be aware that this is something he's capable of. So please let me know if you're not down with this / want me to steer clear of your characters' sparks.
One more warning to preempt anyone getting the wrong idea / feeling uncomfortable:
Tarn is probably irredeemable evil but he's certainly a jackass to the highest degree. This guy is a final boss level villain who's also a professional sadist. No really, that's his day job. He also has the capacity to be super creepy and/or touchy (just comes with the territory) but here's the important part: If you think or get any vibes at ALL that a thread is heading into the sexual non-con territory ... you'd be wrong. I'm not going to play Tarn as that sort of character. He not interested in mixing that particular pleasure with his business; normal torture is already way too much fun. I just want to be clear here, if I haven't been approached OOC, or we don't have an OOC agreement, then you can rest assured, aside from preposterous violence, Tarn's creeping is harmless.

(edit:) Potential Plot Notes:
- If you're looking to get your character killed, I'll volunteer my bloke since that's actually what he's made a career of.
- Tarn needs Tcogs to fuel an addiction he has, and is always looking for these.
- He also enjoys music, culture, and being really pretentious. Invite him to parties so he can make you feel bad about yourself.
- He's a few tools short of his usual torture ensemble, so if you've got weapons that can be misused, he'd love to speak with you.
- Decepticon traitors, you know what he wants.
- Also he'd love to start a book club. Megatron fans are of course always welcome.

Provided Magnus doesn't take a Shoot On Sight approach to Tarn, any dialogue between these two is going to be SO PATRONIZING from Tarn's end.
And then Tarn invited Soundwave over for biscuits, tickling, and tea because clearly more testing needs to be done.
