Hey all, I realized this morning that on a planet like Cybertron, the Doctor's telepathy won't be anywhere near as dangerous as his Sonic Screwdriver, so I decided to update my Permissions Post to include a question about it's use. He uses the thing even more then he does his telepathy, so it's really important if everyone answers my PP.
