Hello, hello! My name is Theo, and I'm bringing in Starscream from the IDW comics, specifically Transformers: Robots in Disguise. He's appointed himself official representative of the Decepticons back home alongside Bumblebee's Autobots and Metalhawk's NAILs, so he'll be a little more social than ordinarily.
