Late Information/Permissions Post

Hey all! I know that earlier, Ratchet offered to scan anyone who was interested, in order to get some initial records of what their structures were like for any future repairs. Instead of doing a log, I figure we can handwave those interactions, but I'd still like a record of who Ratchet's got "blueprints" for, and who doesn't. Leave me a note here if you want a check-up to have happened, and if there's any limits on what Ratchet can know (aka: does your bot have a secret ability thing that Ratchet shouldn't have picked up with his dinky scanner?) let me know about that too!

Ratchet is free to have scanned Noisy Boy sometime after the event. Most of his official specs are listed here and if Ratchet can't pick it up on his scanner, it's all on Noisy's diagnostic screen (with proper labels as appropriate) along with all dem combos.
