Glyphless event offer/plotting

So this is the deal; Ramjet here won't get any spiffy power-ups at the end of the Glyphless event (he'll also come in later), but what he WILL be able to do for you Glyphless is giving you a power boost (on top of the power/power boost Glyphless gets as they go mad)!

There is, of course, a price. All good deals with the devil('s henchman) has a price after all! NOTHING IS FREE! And no, the price isn't having to look at and/or stand close to the abomination of a freak here.

In this case instead of a slow decent into madness, instant such to go along with your extra-shiny power boost.

Ramjet's going to make a very clear and obvious offer for any Glyphless when he appears, so your character basically just need to go to him and he'll do you this amazing favour!
