WHO LET THIS LOSER THROUGH THE DOOR.
Vic again, this time with 686 Ebullient Prism, the primary antagonist of the Halo: Blood Line comics. He's a super old alien AI devoted to finding a cure for the Flood--unfortunately this means melting down any sentient organics he comes across to search their genetic material. Recently he's also expanded his repertoire to messing around with nonorganic life as well, since spending over a year trapped on a space station in another dimension (did I mention he's a Singularity CR AU?) drove him sorta crazy. Crazier. Whichever.
I apologize in advance for the fact that Prism doesn't believe in consent when it comes to glorious science. He's not a very nice guy.
