Character Introductions and Plotting post!

Gooood evening everybody!

The official opening start time for Re/Alignment will be June 21st, 8pm Eastern/5pm Pacific. (For those across the globe, feel free to poke us in here for clarification on this.)

Since this is less than two days away, we're putting up this post for everyone to introduce their characters in, and maybe start plotting who will be waking up next to or on top of whom! Will there be fights breaking out over the choicest pieces of junk on the junk pile? Medics trying to remove the mysterious glyphs? Problems understanding Japanese/Cybertronian before communicators are given out?

I WANT THAT TO HAPPEN SO MUCH Noisy is not going to understand Ratchet's point of view at all. "BUT I AM BUILT FOR FIGHTING I DON'T EVEN HAVE ACTUAL HANDSSSSSS."

At the very least, Ratchet vaguely resembles a WRB bot (though admittedly is over height regulations), so Noisy is bound to get curious at some point :D

L;KAJS;LDK THEN LET'S DO IT Oh man, Ratchet is probably going to end up building Noisy hands. This is the only solution. And then they can play Cat's Cradle with telephone lines because that is a legitimate test of dexterity :|

Clearly this is the best solution of all, and Noisy will totally go with it as long as he can keep his LEDs. THIS SHALL BE DONE! This is a good test of dexterity... if only Noisy Boy understood the rules of Cat's Cradle :(

Ratchet can do this! And he'll probably also muck around with figuring out vocal processors for him. Although if you want to keep Noisy Boy mute, at the very least, maybe he can figure out a way to make the LEDs flash words at speaking pace?

Vocal processors might be the best idea. His creator originally programmed those LEDs after all. He's very attached to them because daaaaaaaaaad ;A;.
Besides I have this horrible idea of him having a bizarre Japanese/Brazilian combo accent for his voice.

Noisy misses his dad Tak Mashido so hard sometimes.

I don't either, but it seems appropriate since he was made in Japan and upgraded in Brazil and probably spent the most time in those two countries.

I require lots of awkward clanking hugs at some point. because reasons. and all my tears.

Oh heck, I just youtubed a brazilian accent, and I think the combination of that and a Japanese accent would end up with ... hmm. Something very percussive, yet almost melodic sounding, if that makes sense? Also, very round vowels and a loss of most of the w/v differentiation.

I am always down for awkward robot hugs. Especially over the sads in two robots' lives.

And listening to both accents on YouTube, I think I get what you're saying. Whoops, put the nail in the coffin that is Noisy Boy's cute factor :3
